REMEMBER
WHO YOU
ARE

Not the version built to perform.

Not the version rewarded for staying quiet.

Not the version who learned that success meant proving, producing, pleasing, or pushing harder.

The version beneath all of it.

The one who has always known.

Because women don't need to become more powerful.

They need to remember the power they already have.

That remembering changes everything.

Not just for women.

For families.

For workplaces.

For communities.

For the future of work itself.

Welcome to Ritual Everyday. Everyday Ritual.

A movement to remember who we are and build a

world that reflects it.

THE WORK

The world has spent decades teaching women how to succeed.

Work harder.

Speak louder.

Lean in.

Manage your mindset.

Build resilience.

Optimize your morning routine.

But what if none of those reflect the real problem?

What if the greatest loss wasn't lack of success...

but trust?

Over time, many women stopped trusting their own knowing in order to survive systems that rewarded performance over presence.

The answer isn't becoming someone new.

It's remembering who you've always been.

That's the work.

WHY THIS MATTERS

I've spoken with dozens of women across industries and leadership levels.

Different companies.

Different titles.

Different lives.

Yet their stories echo one another.

"I've proved myself. Why won't anyone listen?"

"I cry at work."

"I don't know what I actually want anymore."

"I feel invisible."

"I know I'm capable of more."

This isn't an individual problem.

It's a cultural pattern.

Companies continue investing in new programs, new benefits, new initiatives, and new wellness strategies.

Those things matter.

But they don't address the deeper question.

What happens when someone no longer trusts themselves? Or never did in the first place? That's where real change begins.

MEET KAREN

intense karen.jpg

Five years ago, I had what many people would have called a dream career.

Inside, I felt invisible.

Leaving corporate wasn't the breakthrough.

Remembering who I am was.

Over the past several years, I've interviewed women across industries, listened to their stories, studied what keeps us disconnected from ourselves, and walked my own path of rebuilding trust from the inside out.

Today I facilitate circles, speak to organizations, and create experiences that invite people back to themselves.

Not because I have the answers.

Because I know what becomes possible when we stop looking outside ourselves for them.

HOW WE PRACTICE REMEMBERING
Remembering isn't an idea.

It's a practice.

A ritual.

That's why Ritual Everyday exists.

Through circles.

Speaking.

Leadership experiences.

Coaching.

Conversations.

Storytelling.

Not because these experiences change who you are.

Because they help uncover who has been there all along.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Healthy cultures aren't built through better perks.

They're built by people who trust themselves enough to lead as themself.

We partner with organizations ready to create workplaces where people don't have to lose themselves to succeed.

FOR WOMEN

This is for women who know something inside them has gone quiet.

Women who have built successful lives but feel disconnected from themselves.

Women who aren't looking to be fixed.

They're ready to remember.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF SUCCESS

What if success wasn't measured by how much of yourself you gave away...

but by how fully you became yourself?

What if work became a place where people remembered their gifts instead of questioning them?

What if our greatest contribution wasn't doing more...

but becoming more of who we already are?

That's the future I'm building.

I'd love to build it with you.

Book Karen to Speak

Partner with Ritual Everyday

Working with Karen has been a grounding and insightful experience. Through her somatic approaches, I was able to notice the sensations, tension, and emotions that came up — almost like I was witnessing the pattern from the inside out. That awareness helped me see it more clearly and understand what was driving it. Karen’s thoughtful questions and reflections made the process feel safe and supported, and I left with a deeper sense of connection to myself. I’m really grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to explore their inner world in a deeper way.
